Saudi Arabian giants Al Hilal are not backing down in their pursuit of Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen, as they plan to submit a new proposal in a fresh attempt to secure his signature.
Renowned football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano made this known in a post on his X page on Monday morning. Romano revealed that despite Osimhen turning down Al Hilal’s offer just 10 days ago, the club remains determined to lure the Napoli forward to the Saudi Pro League.
“Al Hilal are not giving up on Victor Osimhen as they want to submit new proposal to the player. Osimhen rejected 10 days ago but Al Hilal insist race open as Galatasaray and Premier League clubs are still there, while Juventus called again,”Romano wrote.
Osimhen, 25, continues to attract strong interest across Europe and beyond, following his impressive form for Napoli. While the Super Eagles star has so far resisted Al Hilal’s advances, the Saudi club’s persistence suggests the transfer saga is far from over.
It remains to be seen whether Osimhen will be swayed by Al Hilal’s renewed efforts or choose to pursue opportunities in Europe, where Galatasaray, Juventus, and English Premier League sides are monitoring his situation closely.
