The 3rd appellate session of the High Court of Justice, Ilorin will hold, today, Monday, 8th July 2019.
A statement by the Deputy Chief Registrar (Litigation), said the session will commence at the High Court Ilorin Complex by 9:00am.
According to the Deputy Chief Registrar, the Session is to be presided over by His Lordship, Hon Justice Suleiman Kawu, Chief Judge of Kwara State who will be supported by Hon Justice Emeworoghi Muhammad and Hon Justice Adeyinka Oyinloye at the Ilorin Judicial Division.
However, the cases listed for hearing and determination are appeals both Criminal and Civil from District Magistrate and Upper Area Courts respectively.
