Daudu condemns Obuh over recruitment of players

Seasoned football administrator and Chairman Omotosure Babes, MJ Daudu has condemned the process and methods coach John Obuh used to assemble players for the 2018 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) season.
According to him, the process was done through the back door, no room to crucify or check mate his actions or intention.
“Football as grown beyond one-man decisions, two good heads are better than one. Kwara United management got it wrong from day one to allowing John Obuh to be Alfa/omega of the team; he took decisions on his own without proper checks.
“The management should wake up to their duties before it’s too late, Remo Stars should be there case study, last season, Remo lost the grip right from first round and is very unfortunate this time nothing like week 9 for transfers of player’s or sign new ones, very unfortunate indeed.
“It’s not over yet, the league is still open, If Kwara United management are ready to do the needful now, I mean now ” now before it’s too late”, he said.
On gate fee increment, he said; ”Why Increasing the gate fee at this time of the day? When there is no fuel in town, everyone is complaining of hardships. It’s very wrong for the management to increase gate fee now. Also, there is no adequate publicity or proper information before the implementations”. They need to consult and tell their fans a reasonable reason before Ticket increment”.
“I use this medium to appeal to the management to throw the gate open in their next home game if really they want their fans supports. The management should consider giving give 3-match ultimatum to technical crew, the early the better,” he concluded.
